A quick note on who I am NOT for… if you think you need AA, rehabilitation for alcohol abuse or one to one counselling then this programme isn’t for you.
I help women whose drinking has become too often or too much by their own standards, who need practical help and support to reconsider their relationship with alcohol.
I know that it’s possible to change and that I don’t need alcohol in my life to be the best version of myself and I also know the same is possible for you 💖
