Live and Let Learn helps and supports women who want to

drink less; be more

Do you:

➡️ suffer with hangovers, morning after anxiety, following morning regrets and black outs?

➡️ feel frustration and anger at the thought of another morning wasted?

➡️ have guilt at what behaviour you model for your children?

➡️ make rubbish decisions about what you eat the day after too many drinks?

➡️ wonder if non-judgemental help and support is available to you?

➡️ know that change is possible …. you just don’t know if you’re ready for it

A quick note on who I am NOT for… if you think you need AA, rehabilitation for alcohol abuse or one to one counselling then this programme isn’t for you.

I help women whose drinking has become too often or too much by their own standards, who need practical help and support to reconsider their relationship with alcohol.

I know that it’s possible to change and that I don’t need alcohol in my life to be the best version of myself and I also know the same is possible for you 💖

  • Sarah is such an inspiration. She really understands how to drink less and even stop altogether without using willpower alone. As a much loved and respected member of my health and well-being group she has truly inspired many to see the benefits of reducing their alcohol intake. Her advice and tips on how to do this are easy to follow, practical and achievable.

  • This totally speaks to me, thank you so much for crafting such a considered and helpful message. You’re right it is an individual choice and everyone has their reasons. But your message helps me realistically and practically see the next bit that I think in my head will be impossible: and it’s not. Thank you xxxx amazing

  • Sarah is a real inspiration for anyone curious to know how to drink less - or not at all - and still be a super fun, social person who enjoys life to the fullest.

  • Thank you Sarah. You've shown you don't need to have exceptional "war stories," just the realisation that something is not right. And, of course, the determination and support to do something different... congratulations... your story will help many others, I'm sure!

  • It’s very rare, but every now and then, an angel in human form enters your life. Sarah is one of those. During the month of December, I decided to drink less with the mindset of stopping completely in the not too distant future. The zoom calls, a little text arriving just when I needed it and just the love and support I’ve felt from Sarah has been incredible. Without it, I don’t know how bad things could’ve got during the festive season but I know I’m in better shape than last year. For anyone looking to have more of the personal touch and just help in general trying to organize what’s going on in their head, so you can have the mental space to reassess their relationship with alcohol, there’s an Angel right here to help you on your way. Thank you for everything Sarah.
